Responsibilities : • Develop and document software testing plans • Install software packages to QA and Training environments, configure, set up and review functionality • Develop and analyze SQL queries and reports to identify data discrepancies • Install software and hardware and configure operating system software in preparation for testing • Execute, analyze and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests • Develop and implement software and information system testing policies, procedures and scripts • Identify, report, track and propose solutions to product defects. • Ensure that newly implemented system features or enhancements meet user needs • Ensure that testing activities will achieve high quality software products, meet business requirements and system goals, fulfill end-user requirements and cross-browsing compatibility • Participate in meetings, walkthrough and presentations of new features as well as changes to existing functionality • Strong computer skills and comfort level with technology and software release management • Intermediate to Expert SQL scripting skills • Working knowledge with Microsoft tools (VS, MTM and TFS), BitBucket, Git or similar DVCS, TeamCity, Jenkins or similar CI systems, Angular JS, jQuery UI jQuery UI jQuery &jQuery UI jQuery UI jQuery UI, Adobe Dreamweaver • Working knowledge of bug tracking systems such as Jira, BR-Track, Bugzilla Knowledge of testing mobile native and web applications Qualifications and Experience:

• 3+ years of software testing, or software development, or IT related experience
• Certification, Degree, or Diploma in computer information systems, computer science, or related fields
• Experience in writing test plan, test scenarios and test cases would be an asset
• Experience with Relational Databases (preferred Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server) and SQL
• Proven experience with Testing Software e.g. JIRA or TFS (bug tracking, analysis)
• Proven experience with SDLC and Testing methodologies
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to exercise sound judgment on testing decisions and tasks
• Ability to work well under moderate supervision
• Ability to work on multiple projects / applications simultaneously

• Consult with clients to develop and document Web site requirements
