Duties are involved for assistance, but not limited to:
- Oversee day-to-day operation of business office
- Responsible for the supervision of client/vendor files
- Responsible for the supervision of delegated tasks related to Immigration & Visa Services.
- Provide immigration engagement and legal support
- Collect and analyze file information and documentation
- Draft and prepare applications for immigration cases, including the full-range of temporary and permanent residence applications
- Assemble and submit applications to relevant government agencies
- Draft legal correspondence
- Conduct legal and non-legal research
- Track and report on immigration cases
- Monitor data integrity for immigration case tracking and status reporting
- Coordinate and execute requests as requested by Immigration professionals
- Escalate issues as necessary
- Identify and roll-out practice process improvement initiatives
- Billing and invoicing support
- Maintain personnel files
- Maintain correspondence as assigned.
- Order needed office supplies.
- Handle phone as assigned.
- Maintain originals of all related office or business forms.
