Pay details :40 hours per week, BC minimum pay. Company may sponsor BC PNP for right candidate.

Note: Fresher (new international college / university students who are on work permit too) are welcome to apply. We will give training for our office administrative work as per our work requirements.

Duties are involved for assistance, but not limited to:

  • Oversee day-to-day operation of business office
  • Responsible for the supervision of client/vendor files
  • Responsible for the supervision of delegated tasks related to Immigration & Visa Services.
  • Provide immigration engagement and legal support
  • Collect and analyze file information and documentation
  • Draft and prepare applications for immigration cases, including the full-range of temporary and permanent residence applications
  • Assemble and submit applications to relevant government agencies
  • Draft legal correspondence
  • Conduct legal and non-legal research
  • Track and report on immigration cases
  • Monitor data integrity for immigration case tracking and status reporting
  • Coordinate and execute requests as requested by Immigration professionals
  • Escalate issues as necessary
  • Identify and roll-out practice process improvement initiatives
  • Billing and invoicing support
  • Maintain personnel files
  • Maintain correspondence as assigned.
  • Order needed office supplies.
  • Handle phone as assigned.
  • Maintain originals of all related office or business forms.
